Fast, efficient and professional. The team showed up within the given time frame and was careful to wipe up any drip of water, which I appreciated very much.. the water drained from the jet wash was black and without washing the AC with water, all these mould spores were stuck inside. The costs are fair for the work performed. It's a young team that is highly motivated to do a good job. The advice given by them, I feel, is fair and honest, not upselling. I highly recommend you to give them a try. For me, I would engage them for regularly washing. Grateful to have found them. Honest, hardworking, efficient and effective.

Fuss free communication to arrange for cleaning of aircon. Not only that, they will inform you before arriving. Clear instructions on how to maintain and when to arrange for next cleaning. They were kind to also advise on certain issues that I face with aircon piping. Happy to see the before and after pictures. The aircon was cleaned thoroughly.

The technicians, Ah Hao and Ah Xuan from Team 3, are very detailed and helped me to spot and rectified a recurring issue, that had caused the Air-cons in my shop to leak every few months. They also went above and beyond in doing the servicing. I have always supervised maintainence work, and the previous companies I had engaged, simply vacuumed the filters, and telling me my AC, Panasonic Inverter, are abit complicated to dismantle and unclog the pipe, hence they only wash the mesh and vacuum the filter. But Ah Hao and Ah Xuan, really took time to dismantle everything and wash it clean. And the price they charge, is cheaper then the previous ones. I also have an AC pump, which they helped me service as well, with no additional charges. And they also clean up everything after, making the place neat and tidy. Really solid service.

Really happy with the service! The technicians were polite, patient and took the time to explain what they were doing. They worked quickly but carefully and the whole process felt very smooth. After the cleaning, the aircon cooled so much better. I’ll definitely call them again for the next servicing and recommend them to friends and family.
